Refund policy

We want you to love your books! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Damaged or misprinted books
If a book arrives damaged or with a printing error, email a photo to Katie@ALittleOffbeat.com within [14] days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you don’t need to send the book back.

Returns
Unread books in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price. Please email us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Preorders
You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships.

Signed and personalized books
Because they’re made just for you, signed and personalized copies can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of when we receive your return.

Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders follow the terms in your wholesale agreement.
